Nature Experiences
Nature offers so many wonderful gifts; our retreat experiences are created to help us enjoy these in a sustainable way. Many of our experiences are created according to the season and what nature is offering.
Wander with Wonder in the woods
Based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) guests will be guided to experience nature on a deeper level as we wander through a forest trail. During this 2hr guided experience, guests will be invited to engage all of their senses and to truly embrace the wonderful healing benefits of being in nature.
Peaceful Picnics
Let us take care of the little things. Come enjoy a beautiful picnic all setup and ready for you when you arrive at the retreat. For 2 hours guests can enjoy their picnic and explore the retreat property. We offer chef-prepared charcuterie boxes and boards with non-alcoholic beverages. These experiences are customizable with open flexible booking options based on availability.
Forest Culinary Experiences
Guests of our Forest Culinary Experiences will enjoy a unique dining experience. Our menus are inspired by what is in season in Nature. Guests will enjoy a walk through the forest to our culinary location nestled next to the river where they will enjoy a multi-course meal. We will learn about foraging, preparing and enjoying wild foods. It’s a 3-hour experience that will fill your mind, spirit and bellies!

Our domes are available year round so you can enjoy the beauty and wonder that each of the 4 seasons offer!
Our solar powered treeshouse is available May - November
Each dome is fully equipped with your own private ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and heat pump so that you can stay in comfort no matter the weather. The domes are uniquely designed using many eco-friendly elements and guests will enjoy the beauty of nature inside and out. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor space with their own hot tub and bbq grill. Come fall asleep among the stars and wake among the sound of the birds.
The Cedar Dome
The Cedar dome was inspired by the large cedars found at the retreat. It is barrier-free and located closest to the driveway and fire pit areas. Guests will be able to look out into the trees through the dome’s large window.
The Maple Dome
The Maple dome was inspired by the numerous sugar maples found throughout the property. It is located closest to our Mindfulness garden and is just steps away to one of our trails. Guests of The Maple can enjoy looking through the trees towards the river.
The Pine Treehouse
The Pine will excite the inner child in all of us. Nestled 10 ft up among the pine trees, this treehouse cabin offers guests a truly unique off-grid experience.
